Coastal Woodworks takes great care to inspect items prior to shipping. In the rare case that an item needs to be returned, our policies and procedures are below.
- Returns on stock items are accepted within 20 days of delivery.
- All returns are subject to a 20% inspection and re-stocking fee.
- All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. If item is returned without proper protection, no credit will be issued.
- The customer is responsible for shipping insurance and any damage that occurs during return shipment.
- Returned merchandise that is damaged due to shipping will not be credited until shipping company issues insurance payment.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as initial shipping costs.
- No returns will be credited on custom items including those with custom graphics. Product replacement may be initiated for shipping damage once shipping insurance provided by the customer is processed.

Standard UPS/FedEx Shipments: Coastal Woodworks will send a return form once we are contacted by the customer and the issue fully explained. No returns will be accepted without a completed return form.
